Why are you so worried even before knowing whether your company is a TARP receiver or not?
BTW, if you entered on AP and still work for the same employer, then you are not on EAD. Also, you have no issues extending your H1.

If your company is financially strong and can prove that they can pay your salary, then you will not have any problem. If your company is small and have only couple of consultants working and the earnings are less then you might have issues.
correct. Ability-to-pay is one of the 2 major causes of I-140 denials (education qualification typically being the other where you have a 3 year degree and your LC said 4).
If your employer is in good financial state you should be ok, if not, you might get a denial., so start preparing right now. Stay on H1, dont use EAD, just to be on the safe side... If you get a denial appeal immediately, and start another LC from another employer. Hope htat your appeal goes through (many people have successfully appeal ability-to-pay based denials)

Has anyone managed to withdraw money from TCS PF from Mumbai India?
If so, pls advise on the procedure for the same?

No forms would work because like a typical family owned blood sucker company, their PF is controlled by another TATA company and not the central govt. AND to get your hard earned money out of that another company, you need a clearance letter signed by some TCS HR personnel ..
You could see if the amount is worth going through the agony of talking to all BS..ing top brass in the company.. If it is, then make your heart of steel and go through it..
they would keep some money as their tip.. (maybe 20%) but give the remaining back to you..

I agree with Dixie. I feel there is no point in seeing visa bulletin or calculating date for EB3 until some law passes.

USCIS will approve 2 yrs EAD only if the dates are not current and visa is not available for that particular case. in my case my pd is always current and visa is available.

Wife's EAD changed to "card production ordered", after a tiresome wait of almost 4 months. This was after 2 expedite faxes and 1 infopass.
My wife went for her biometrics today and what a surprise, her date of birth on the system was wrong.
She only had DL on her and no passport. So, the ASC staff took her biometrics but refused to correct her DOB, claiming that passport was needed.
So, we called up USCIS and upon description of the problem,were immediately transferred to level 2. Level 2 looked at the cases and confirmed that DOB was wrong on I-485. It was correct in I-765 and I-131. She said that the only way to correct it was to take infopass and present passport and DL.
It is now more or less clear that DOB mismatch has caused her EAD to be stalled for so long.I have already got my EAD.
Moral of the story : take passport for FP, infopass, etc. all the time.
Our EADs and APs were filed separately with I-485 courier receipt. What a mess !!

First, get a new attorney and have him file G-28 for your 485, that way you'll control your 485, and also start the job hunt.

What are my option if I get RFE on Employment before getting new job.How can I get my RFE from company lawyer becase Lawyer address is on my 485 Receipt.

I was with Company A. and had visa stamped for company A till Dec 2006. I switched from Company A to B in Nov 2004. and travelled to India in July 2005. Since I had a valid visa from company A, I didn't got it stamped with company B. Although I carried my transferred H-1 (Company B) and showed it to Immigration Officer upon arrival, which he was fine with.

It is easy for International License Holder. You can give your knowledge test first and immediately appear for driver test. If you pass the test they issue a driver license which will be mailed to your address. You will need to provide 2 proof of addresses.

I took some photos today in poor light (please, sun...) and had to use ISO 800 to get decent shutter speeds. However, I find this isn't really useful with small birds as the noise basically covers a lot of detail. I find it difficult to on the one hand remove enough noise from the background so sharpening doesn't amplify it too much, and on the other hand leave enough noise so the feather details don't get smoothed out. So, what I did was use the magnetic lasso tool to select the bird (and inversely everything else), and used more Neat Image on the background than on the bird. I wonder if this couldn't be a trick to save some borderline images.
I'd appreciate if you'd critique these two images: do they look very unnatural to you? It does give almost a 3D effect, but I think I may have gone too far on the backgrounds.

someone please explain me how complete agreement works. I am working for the client through the main vendor who has a noncompete agreement with my employer (This is signed by my employer, not me). Now I am planning to leave my employer but the client is interested keeping me in the project through another vendor. Can someone explain me if it is possible?

Wow i bought a new toyota in Oct last year and no one asked me my immigration status. Of course i already had a loan with toyota financials for my older car so i guess that worked out to my benefit.
So i guess if some one gets deniend in one place it is not a dead end. They have other banks and credit unions as options and the best option would be a dealer provided finance as they want to sell you the car

Currently there are 2 indian families celebrating housewarming party using my website with close to 75 guests and i have several email id's who in the past have used my website.

The cost varies, depending on the attorney fees and what advertising is done. Generally, it would probably cost $6000 - $12,000 for PERM. The employer must pay this, you cannot pay any of it.
